1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
2. Dispatch Times and Carriers
A. Gear Shop & Tape Shop (In-Stock Items)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
We work with different shipping carriers (including DHL) depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier and tracking information (where available) will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
B. Custom Cassette Tape Production
Custom production lead times are not fixed, as they depend on order complexity, quantity, and current workshop capacity. As general guidance, standard production takes approximately 2 weeks from the point we have received full payment, final audio masters, artwork files, and any required licensing documentation (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 4).
The exact production and delivery schedule for your specific order is agreed upon directly between you and Sparki Studio during the quote confirmation process.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. For custom cassette tape production, shipping costs are included in your individualized quote.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)
Consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exclusions below.
Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
How to Withdraw: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to contact@sparki.studio) before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Address: Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and any relevant instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have specifically agreed to or advertised otherwise for your order.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, or proof that it has been shipped back (whichever is earlier), we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard offer), within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Condition of Returned Goods: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-produced cassette tapes, custom-printed shells, custom packaging, or any goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
This exclusion applies uniformly across our product ranges, including gear shop, tape shop, and consignment items, as all standard (non-custom) physical goods are subject to the same statutory rules under German law.
5. Warranty Returns (Defective Refurbished Gear)
If your refurbished audio hardware develops a defect covered under our 1-year warranty (see Terms and Conditions, Section 6), this is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right above:

We will provide you with the return address and cover the return shipping cost.
You may choose between a free repair or a full refund of your original purchase price.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage (photos of packaging and product) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sparki.studio so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
